MT Whare, including all game assets, characters, storylines, and related materials, are the exclusive property of MT Whare Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We acknowledge and respect the cultural heritage and intellectual property of Māori. Our game is developed with cultural consultation and aims to honour Māori values and perspectives.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

8. Consumer Rights (New Zealand)

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, MT Whare Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MT Whare Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
